We were on a nice vacation the past week. Our first stop was in Fernie BC, where we spent the night before continuing on to Montana. It’s a nice little town. Near our hotel was Maiden Lake park which we took a walk around. In the morning, we went there again to see what it would look like around sunrise. There were some deer hanging around that couldn’t quite figure out what we were doing there so early in the morning. Well, the sunrise left a lot to be desired on account of the clouds that rolled in and the fact that we were facing north-west. However, the low hanging clouds and mist created a nice effect over the area. The water was still very calm and I was able to get this nice reflection on the water thanks to that (and a four second exposure time).
