Some time ago I mentioned that I was working on a time lapse project, and now here it is. A 16 second video made from a series of photos taken over almost three months. I generally took two shots per day and ended up with about 160 frames. I would have liked to let it go a bit longer, but frankly I was getting tired of it. It was interesting to see how certain things progressed at a much quicker rate than others.
If you enjoy my photographs please consider making a purchase. All of the proceeds from the sale will go directly to help support our friends volunteering at the Seed of Hope in South Africa which is a great organization really making a difference in the community. Every little bit makes a difference, even a small digital download for your desktop!
Dad says ‘at least the vase still looks good’ LOL Interesting experiment, though. Did the bread get mold?
No, the bread just completely dried out before any mold could start on it.
Makes sense, when I think about it… mold needs moisture to thrive…
Did you have a controlled environment set-up for this?
It depends on what you mean by controlled, but kind of. It was down in our storage room where it would be unaffected by external light so I was able to have the lighting be consistent no matter what time of day I took a photo. But otherwise, open to the air circulating in the house.
That was fabulous!!!
Thanks, I’m glad you enjoyed it!
