For a couple years now I’ve been searching for the right canola field with an oil pump in the middle of it to take some photos of. I wanted a clean background and no visible fencing or gaps between the pump and the field. I finally found a perfect one just outside of Drumheller, AB. I wasn’t able to get there during the golden hours, but still managed to get a few shots that I’m fairly happy with.
