Not too far from Wailua Falls is another waterfall called Opaeka’a Falls. You can’t get as close to these ones without taking what is apparently a dangerous hike through steep and slippery terrain. We opted to stay safe and just use a longer focal length. For these falls, I preferred how my images looked in full colour as opposed to converting to black and white.

If you enjoy my photographs please consider making a purchase. All of the proceeds from the sale will go directly to help support our friends volunteering at the Seed of Hope in South Africa which is a great organization really making a difference in the community. Every little bit makes a difference, even a small digital download for your desktop!
Great shot. I wish I was hanging out there right now!
Thanks Rob. I know, I love Hawaii so much!
