Sunset and moonrise at Joshua Tree National Park. Experiencing the colour of this sunset was just amazing so I had to take this photo even though there wasn’t really a specific foreground element.

I find the rocks in the foreground have such interesting shapes. The light is so subtle, I like it. I just want the moon to be bigger.
Thanks Jane, you’re right a bigger moon would have been nice, but I had the wrong lens on for that, and I wanted to get lots of the sky and rocks because the colour was so amazing.
